Installation Guide

Please note:
  • An acoustic warning is not possible with this overlay. For this purpose, please use our program SpeedLimit.

  • For an update of our plug-in, make sure that you first delete the old data!

  1. Shut down your Falk Navigator.

  2. Please unzip the overlay with a suitable program - we recommend WINZIP - in a target folder of your choice. In our example, we selected the folder "C:/temp/new folder".

  3. In our example, we selected the folder "C:/temp/new folder".

  4. Connect the PocketPC to your computer. Copy the resulting folder "TB-NAVI.ADDR" with all the files contained in it to your PocketPC into the folder "My Documents". If the folder "TB-NAVI.ADDR" already exists, please only copy the files into it.

Note: User of Falk Navigator 4 find the folder "TB-NAVI.ADDR" on the flashdisk. Please copy the data in this folder.

  5. The PocketPC can be disconnected from the computer again. Now, start your Falk Navigator and in the menu "Settings/Map" select all high accident area overlays.

Note: The display of the high accident area icons is under the "zoom level" of 300m by default. However, you can change this. Read about this in the next chapter.
