Log in with your credentials and download the latest speed camera data for your Clarion device.
Save the file CameraData.zip to your hard drive.
Extract the downloaded file CameraData.zip.
To extract on a Windows computer: Right-click the ZIP file > Extract All...
To extract on a Mac computer: Double-click the ZIP file.
After extraction, you will get the file CameraData.bin.
for MAX983HD & MAX973HD
Format an SD card with a maximum capacity of 1 GB multiple times in FAT16 (not: FAT32 or exFAT).
Create a new folder named Clarion on the SD card.
Copy the file CameraData.bin into this folder.
Then, connect the SD card to the navigation device.
for NAX973HD
Format a USB stick with a maximum capacity of 1 GB multiple times in FAT16 (not: FAT32 or exFAT).
Create a new folder named Clarion on the SD card.
Copy the file CameraData.bin into this folder.
Then, connect the USB stick to the navigation device.
Open the menu Settings > Read Data > Read Hazard Zones on the device.
Confirm with OK to import the data.
Your Clarion navigation device is now ready for a safe journey.
