In the Map Monkey Configuration screen, go to the Adv. GPS tab, select the database you wish to use and click Tools -> Import New... Select the CSV to import and that's it!

I've added a new speed camera but it isn't showing up on the map!
This is an issue with the map window needing to refresh. If you move away from that location on the map and return to it, it will be displayed. Even though you can't see it on the map yet you WILL be notified of it.

Whenever I approach a speed camera my PC locks up for 5-10 seconds!
This is most likely because you have imported all of the speed cameras into your favorites (so they show up on the map) and also have "Display Cameras on map" enabled in the frontend configuration. Destinator is having to search through all your favorites to check if the camera already exists. Disable that option as it should no longer be required.
